- Terms are signed, providing a period of 14-28 day dependant on the deal
 

- 50% Reservation Fee is taken to exclusively secure this deal for the above period of time. This is fully refundable throughout due dilligence, viewing, referencing & contract stages.

 

- We will lead you through the entire process, utilising our ecosystem of contacts to ensure each process is streamlined & smooth.

- Following contract approval, the remaining 50% Sourcing Fee will be settled, and keys are arranged for collection.
