R2SA Deal Analysis

The first step of the process starts with you...each opportunity we present will undergo experienced R2SA analysis, focused on location factors, variable monthly costs & nightly rate comparables.

 

Given our ecosystem of Dubai partners, we have been able to tailor our deal packs to accurately reflect the variable costs associated with a successful Serviced Accommodation unit...

Once you are happy to secure the deal, we will proceed in the following way;

Terms Agreed, Referencing Complete

Once terms have been agreed, and the reservation fee has been made, we will collect the necessary Details for referencing/affordability checks, as part of typical due dilligence. Following approval, within 24 hours, Renta LLC will draft official Management Agreements.

Management & Tenancy - All Tied Up!

As an Incorporated LLC, Renta LLC, are able to sign agreements directly with landlords, with powers to sub-lease each unit secured as a necessary term on ALL rental contracts.

 

Renta LLC will then sign direct agreements, drafted as part of the tenancy process, directly with your company. These will reflect industry standard company let agreements used domestically. Similarly to the UK market, these contracts will be of similar lengths (3-5 years) with similar break clauses (12 months), creating a streamlined process.

Licenses....Licensed!

As part of the all-in-one solution offered, all documentation required to run a licensed Serviced Accommodation in Dubai, including tourist licenses, no obligation landlord certificates & LLC declarations, will be dealt with by TNEPG & Renta LLC.
