In April 2022, The NE Property Group was created to offer a truly value-add, property sourcing solution.

The business has been built with our clients at the forefront of everything we do. Throughout our first month of business, we moved from hotel to hotel throughout the Midlands, building our initial ecosystem of landlords, developers & agents that supported our growth.

As we built a reputation in the market, we were able to add true value to investors presenting deals that stacked with strong forecastable monthly revenue strips. Months 6-18 has allowed us to see growth across the remainder of the UK. By bringing the value through close friends & family, alongside corporate expertise, we have been able to develop a strong team of property experts on hand to offer a streamlined and effective deal process.

It has been a period of exponential growth over the last 18 months, and we do not plan to slow down anytime soon. As we look towards Dubai, we also look forward to a future of domestic R2R opportunities...
